Cosmic Charlie Creamery is underway! Owner, Summer Monach, is working diligently to get this homemade and hard-loved ice cream shop up and running. Our target opening date is spring of 2026. We hope to bring a much needed sweet spot to the Falls Township / Morrisville neighborhood. Just ½ mile from the Pennsbury Middle School complex, we aim to cater to our local schools, families, friends, and neighbors. We offer the classic flavors you know and love, as well as a series of rotating flavors that are creative, quirky, and fun. Most importantly, every flavor is delicious! The plan is to start small with high quality ice creams to be served by the scoop, in a cup or cone, with a variety of toppings available. For our lactose intolerant friends we will have a few polish water ice flavors on hand as well. As our business grows, so will our menu. We hope to quickly introduce milkshakes, soft serve, ice cream cakes, and all the other goodies one might associate with an ice cream shop. With the support of our neighbors, we know we’ll get there in no time. What’s more, we want to give support back to our neighbors as well! Once we are up and running we plan to support local youth school and sports teams by offering numerous fundraising opportunities.

HISTORY

We are making history as we speak! Locals Summer & Andrew Monach had a dream; to bring delicious ice cream to the neighborhood we love, while being easily accessible by foot or bike. After years of making scratch ice creams at home they decided it was time to bring their passion and love to the people and fill a void that the neighbors might not even have realized they were missing! Having never owned a business before this task felt daunting. Luckily Summer and Andy both come from loving and supportive families and have a strong network of friends and neighbors supporting them. Bucks County Community Colleges Entrepreneurial class was the final push they needed and so Cosmic Charlie Creamery is finally coming to life.
